Duncan Payne

Group Support Services Manager

As Group Support Services Manager Duncan manages a wide variety of business systems including procurement, sustainability, information technology, application development, and our ERP system.  Duncan is also responsible for welfare of our 4,500 workers running services that include accommodation, catering, recreation and healthcare.

Duncan has an honours degree in Civil Engineering and is a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.  He joined Khansaheb in 2007 from Interserve, and initially worked in the Construction business on Raffles Hotel, WAFI Mall, and the Pullman Hotel (now Sheraton) at Mall of the Emirates.

Following this Duncan worked in our fledgling Facilities Management business helping to develop it from a start up to an established business, before moving into his current central business support role.

Duncan has a broad range of experience in integrating business systems and maximising efficiency to provide the business with the tools, services and information that it needs to succeed. He focusses on business modernisation and preparing Khansaheb's systems to meet the challenges of the future.
