We are proud to announce that Ryan Emsley, General Manager of Khansaheb’s MEP division, has been ranked #6 on the Construction Business News ME MEP Powerlist 2025. A recognition of the region’s most impactful leaders in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering.

In 2024, under Ryan’s leadership, the MEP division marked its sixth consecutive year with a zero-accident record, reinforcing our commitment to health and safety across all operations. Ryan also led the successful launch of our MEP Training Centre, which has upskilled over 150 operatives to date, enhancing in-house capabilities and fostering continuous improvement.

Key project highlights during the year included the delivery of complex MEP works on the Delano Hotel, luxury residential villas, and the Bab Al Shams Desert Pool villas, each completed to the highest standards of quality and coordination.
